It is a scam!!!! I order a big order online, they provided tracking but then marked as delivered which was never delivered!! I tried to contact them multiple times and the few times they responded, they said it is delivered and did not offer a proof, help tracking down the missing delivery or any kind of assistance!!

I placed a large order about 6 weeks ago and couldn't find any info like tracking, etc. The order pages said shipped, so I found the email and contacted them. They got back to me the next day and said that I received it, and if I didn't, to check with my neighbor. Just to be clear, I ordered 7 very large planters at 5' & 9' tall and a tree bookcase that's 6' x 5'. So, one would think I'd have at the very least, 5 BIG packages. I have a ring camera as well and nothing. I checked the tracking # through USPS, fedex and dhs (?) NOTHING! I went back to them and asked for proof of delivery, and they couldn't provide anything. total SCAM! I kinda thought it would be since the items were so nice yet so cheap. Luckily, my credit card company marked it as fraud. I just should have known better by the website alone. blows! Hello, this package is an economy package, so there is no photography service. Ordered multiple items. Recieved tracking info but never recived items even after it registered as delivered. No assigned carrier so no one to contact. I have emailed and have not recieved any response.

I wanted to believe it was real as the macrame is stunning. I never got my package, customer service was really nice but the tracking number was no where to be found and I never received an order confirmation which I found suspicious. The website does show your order and they did provide tracking. Said it was delivered but I never received. They're asking to give me a partial refund. I'm honestly thinking it's a scam unfortunately.

I found this company on Pintrest. Please comment if this a real online company. It has know reviews for reference. After research: this is a scam "company". Please do not give them your financial information. Their using pricing tactics to lure you into buying from their website. To use your information on the dark web. I truly hope this helps!
