I signed a hybrid agency program with Halal CEO in July 2025 for $7,800, with a written expectation of landing a paying client within 90 days. After more than 6 months, multiple niche changes, and over $2,000 in ad spend, I did not secure a single paying client. Campaigns were paused, relaunched, and adjusted several times, and in one instance ads were turned back on and spending limits increased without my explicit approval. I eventually chose to discontinue services to stop further financial loss. While communication remained polite, the overall delivery fell far short of expectations given the investment. I am sharing this review to help others make an informed decision before committing significant funds.

That said, we believe it’s important to provide clear context for anyone reading this review so expectations are properly understood. As per your signed Hybrid Agency Program agreement, the program is a hands-on coaching and implementation support model, not a guaranteed client-placement or revenue service. The agreement clearly outlines that results vary based on execution, market conditions, and individual decision-making, and that success is not guaranteed within a fixed timeframe. You were provided full access to the curriculum, weekly support calls, strategy guidance, systems, and resources as outlined in the contract, with no restriction on access at any point. Beyond contractual obligations, when you shared financial concerns and challenges with momentum, our team made a goodwill decision to substantially over-deliver. Although you were enrolled in the Hybrid Program, we extended Done-For-You level support at no additional cost, including hands-on media buying assistance and assigning a trained closer to your account, services normally reserved for our premium DFY clients and representing significantly more value than the original program fee. We also extended your program duration well beyond the original term and supported during a niche pivot. Regarding advertising spend, to clarify for transparency: campaign budgets were not manually increased by our team. Meta’s platform can automatically spend up to approximately 25% above a daily budget on high-opportunity days and then normalize spend across the week. This is standard platform behavior and not a manual adjustment. While we respect your decision to discontinue services, we stand firmly behind the scope, quality, and depth of support provided, both within and far beyond the terms of your agreement. We genuinely acted in good faith to support your progress and give you the strongest opportunity to succeed. We wish you the very best moving forward and appreciate the time we worked together. Halal CEOs has been a strong experience overall. The training is practical and structured around actually building something, not just consuming content. One thing I appreciated was seeing regular updates from people inside the community sharing wins and progress, which makes it feel active and grounded in reality. At the same time, it is very clear that results are not handed to you. The expectations are set early that you have to apply the material and stay consistent for it to work, which I think is a good thing. The support and direction are there, but you still have to do the work. If you are looking for guidance with accountability and a values-aligned approach to business, this is a solid option.

I joined this program back in December. I had an onboarding call and find the dashboard really easy to use. The course content is good, it is a lot, but if you stay consistent and focus then you can slowly learn how this works and build the right way. The gentlemen in the video content sounds fast but it could be because of the British accent.

I was in this program, and they closed my slack channel and ghosted me. No reason given, just ghosted me. It’s unfortunate and kind of dumb of me for investing in this venture. Rizq comes from Allah indeed, and indeed Allah accounts everyone for what they deserve. Just a heads up for people who may think of joining. While they did provide resources and a support team, I didn’t make any business and I feel like because of that, they found it best to just ghost me. At least if they had communicated what they are planning to do, it would’ve been better, but no, apparently ghosting was the better option.
