The result didn’t meet expectations. A waste of money I understand that you offered to re-record the video. However, my main concern is not a technical issue that can be fixed with a re-record. I am simply not satisfied with the overall value for the price I paid. The video is only interesting for about the first 24 seconds; after that, it mostly consists of dancing, which was not engaging for me. In my opinion, this does not justify the price of 2,785 uah This is my honest feedback as a customer. I understand that others may have different expectations, but for me, the final product did not meet the value I expected for such a significant cost. I also don't appreciate the suggestion that I "don't understand what I want" or had unrealistic expectations. My expectations were based on the price and the examples provided. Unfortunately, the final result did not meet them. !!!!!your message is inaccurate—you claim you offered "more spoken message and less dancing," but that was not offered. Disagreeing with my feedback doesn't make my expectations "unrealistic." A professional response would acknowledge that different customers have different standards instead of questioning their ability to explain them.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to add some context for other readers. The video was produced exactly as ordered. Our order form has two fields: the text written on the board and the message spoken by the performers. Both of your texts were delivered in full, word for word. The length of the spoken part is determined by the text the customer provides — we cannot add words to a personalised greeting that the customer did not write. The finished video is 1 minute 26 seconds long and follows the same structure as the sample shown on our page. Pricing and examples were both available before the order was placed. Two paid options were also included at no charge. When you told us the video wasn't interesting, we asked what you'd like changed so we could re-record it accordingly. We understand now that the issue was the balance between the personal message and the celebration part, and we've offered a free re-record with a shorter, message-focused version. That offer remains open. We're sorry the format didn't suit you, and we appreciate the feedback — it's helping us describe the video structure more clearly on our page.
