I’d love to write a review on it, but I ordered it June 27 and one month later it still has yet to arrive.

Ordered two bottles to check them out
Ordered two bottles to check them out, first bottle smelled like dead fish, contacted them about the poor quality and requested return authorization as I am afraid to open the second bottle. The acknowledged receiving my email and said that they would respond in 24 hours, Still waiting to hear but very disappointed with their quality control and customer service.

Andrew here, co-founder of Haka Life. I'm sorry the first bottle didn't smell right to you - that's not the experience we want anyone to have! GLX3 is a New Zealand green lipped mussel oil, so it does carry a natural ocean scent, but what you're describing isn't normal and you should never have to second-guess a bottle. That's exactly why every order is backed by our 90-day guarantee. For anyone reading this: our records show we answered the original email the same day it came in (May 28th), and after a couple of exchanges we issued a full proactive refund of the entire order. We try to make that as painless as humanly possible. If anything is still unresolved on your end, please let us know and we will be happy to take care of it.
