DO NOT buy from this company! My item was extremely late and they are refusing to send me a return label for a refund!

It’s partly my fault I obviously didn’t read the article correctly and didn’t receive what I thought I ordered

Scammers!! Wanted to give me $4 for a $45 order and insinuated that it would be at my cost to ship a damaged item back to them. This was clearly damaged at the facility as there are rips in the pages inside the chart.

Do NOT order from this company. I placed my order on February 24. The only confirmation I ever received was through my email — there was nothing on their website showing that I had even placed an order. After ordering, I was charged twice by two different companies. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed they would refund me only $8 out of the total charges, and I have not received that refund. I began reaching out for updates and have now emailed them over 30 times. Every response I received was the same generic message saying the package was “with the courier.” When I checked the tracking number myself, it does not belong to any real shipping company. It also took effort just to find their contact information, and the address they list appears to be nonexistent. The only thing that comes up is the ZIP code, which leads to a parking lot — not a legitimate business location. From February 24 until April 4, their website showed no record of any package at all. Once I told them I would be filing a fraud report and complaints, they suddenly claimed they needed to issue me a new tracking number. On April 4, the order then appeared on their website as processed and shipped. However, the new tracking information still shows multiple red flags, including the fact that it does not belong to any legitimate carrier. There is no phone number listed for this company. The only way to contact them is through email, and I can’t even find their Facebook page anymore. I do not understand how they claimed my package was already in transit months ago, but then later issued a completely new tracking number and marked it as shipped on April 4. If it was already shipped, how could they suddenly replace the tracking number? I have done a lot of research, and everything about this company points to it being a scam. At best, if anyone does receive a product, it is likely low-quality and not what was advertised. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I still have not received my package.

Do Not buy anything from this company. The products they are selling are cheap and unusable. They will not answer your email and they will not give a full refund. Also, they want you to send anything back to Hong Kong China, when it was shipped from Chicago. The cost for shipping is excessive.

If i cld give it no stars i would. DO NOT BUY from this thieves, i got 2 bracelets that supposed to light up and vibrate everytime the other person touches theirs, so these mf sent me 2 very low quality regular bracelets i payed twenty something dollars so i contact them and these b tell me that bc it was sent from china it would be to much to send it back and i had to pay for the return that they f up and for me to keep the two shity ass bracelets that the only good thing u can do with them is throw them in the trash and that they where going to give me 3$ back for SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP. ooh n on top of that mine didn't fit n my wife trying it the piece of garbage broke. Don't buy from them you only going to get a headache and your money stolen. F thieves

Ordered butterfly keys chains took 5 weeks to receive. Too late for Christmas have tried numerous times to cancel and ask for refund. Refused and won't send a return label
