Overcharged by over £3! Got a response from their ‘support’ quite quickly and hopefully reimbursed soon. However l had to check my bank account to find out they had overcharged. They were apologetic but having seen these reviews its happening very often...Now waiting for my item to arrive but had no idea it was coming from USA

When will I learn to read the reviews?! I too had an additional amount taken when both my email confirmation from them and a screenshot of my order on the website clearly states a different total. I have emailed and messaged support but n it holding out much hope given the experience of others. Is this illegal?

Like Carys (see other review) I have been charged £18.26 even though the order confirmation says the total bill was for £15.22. Makes me nervous. Is this a legit company?

Avoid if in UK at least. I ordered two things. One came after about 3 weeks. The other showed notification of shipping update. It made it from USA to Scotland(I live in the midlands)...and that's as far as tracking goes. I emailed today asking where item was. I was told post office had sent item back to them (why when I've had no attempted delivery card left) but it's gone somewhere where they can not get it??? If I still want the item I'd have to pay again or get a part refund minus postage and the items worth. Totally unreasonable when I feel the problem is between them and the courier/post office. I have not received the item and no proof of attempted delivery. Discusting customer service and stopped replying to emails when I asked for details of how I take the complaint further. Please avoid..especially with Christmas coming up. If the items you buy people don't turn up..then they won't care..you'll just be out of pocket. They will not care. Should not be allowed to trade in the UK.

This company took an additional amount from my card without authorisation. I also had 2 additional ‘pending’ payments that are still showing on my bank statement. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and my shipment is still showing in the US. Do not order from this company a total scam!

This company is a scam. First of all they overcharged me. Then they refused to give me a full refund even though I requested it within the 12 hour timeframe they say you can cancel orders. Avoid like the plague. Buy the same items on Amazon but cheaper.
