Looks like a total scam... still no goods recieved and just getting excuses... AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered gift for Christmas received today 6th Jan 2025 absolutely shocked at what I received absolute tat. Paid over 17.00 pounds I'm guessing worth no more that 3.00 pounds. No book just a pamphlet and rubbish. Please do not buy from this site.

Ordered an item as a Christmas present on 6 December. The item finally arrived today and was not what I had ordered. The parcel should have contained a book and various other little treats, however what arrived could only be described as a pamphlet. Do not order from this company.

Do not order from this company. Ordered on 8th December. Order is still in US with ‘customs’. How is that possible? I have unfortunately lost my money. Do not order from them.

I ordered 2 games on 17th Nov - got shipping details and tracking from the US. 4 weeks later I contacted them as the tracking info seemed to stop at Cambridge Repository. I then got completely different shipping and tracking details from China with them saying the problem was with my local Post Office - absolute rubbish. Not sure if they are a scam or not but have sent them screenshots of my order and the various tracking info i.e. one from China / one from US. They are telling me that it is the recipients responsibility to find the package at their local Post Office. I would avoid shopping with this company - take your money and then don't deliver the goods (currently trying to raise a complaint) will update and change review if they respond appropriately.

Product arrived with box damage to all three bought. There first response was that 'thankfully the product itself wasn't damaged'. Customer service tried to first offer 3GBP, then 5GBP then 7GBP but no return or full refund details provided. No details on the shipping insurance paid provided either. Pressure put on me to accept refund offer 'because of costs and hassle in returning items' without details being paid. Do not buy from this company. Really poor customer service.

Not happy with this company at all! Firstly when I checked my credit card after making my order they had over charged me by a few £'s, I emailed them immediately and they said it was a "system error" and that they would refund it but it seems this is a common practice for them! It then took 27 days for the order to arrive, I kept getting tracking notifications from them that it was coming from the US but when it eventually arrived this morning it's come from China! It arrived in the most flimsy plastic bag I've ever seen and the box the game I'd ordered came in was squashed to bits! Luckily I wasn't planning to gift it to anyone as there's no way I'd have been able to! Will definitely NOT be ordering from here again!

They overcharge by just a few pounds on the order, I think hoping you don't notice. Then ask for evidence before offering a refund. Products arrived so damaged they are not useable. Was hoping to give them as Christmas gifts. So disappointed. Do not use this company!! Wish I could upload photos to show you the ridiculous packaging and damage they arrived in!
