I have had the same experience as a previous reviewer. The games arrived in a flimsy plastic bag and had been squashed and the cardboard of one box had 2 holes pierced through. Took ages to get a response from their Customer service people and they offered £3 or I could return it to China, at my expense, for a full refund. Lesson learnt not to buy from this company.

I ordered a game from them and when their website processed the order it changed the address to that of someone who lived in a different country from me. When I contacted the company to let them know they couldn’t have cared less and just told me to contact the person as it had been delivered. They took ZERO interest in their GDPR and website issues. Luckily the address was for a business address and the person very kindly sent it on to me. STEER CLEAR!

Absolutely disgusting service, I bought a game which arrived in a plastic grey bag all ripped and damaged with bits missing . When I contacted by email I was asked to send photos (which I did) , I was then offered 2 pounds to which I turned down, I was then told they would give me 4 pounds as it would save me the high cost of returning the parcel to them . I responded by telling them I paid for postage and game when I ordered it and I would return the damaged game when they send me a full refund plus a pre paid label . Still only £4 offered I would definitely recommend that people avoid buying anying from them.

My item did eventually arrive but the box it came in was damaged and squashed. It had been shipped from the USA in the thinnest of plastic coverings. The item was intended as a present for my grandson however I cannot give it to him in its current packaging. I complained to Hahsnator (including photos). They replied offering me a £1 refund which is of no use at all. I replied saying I needed a replacement box. I’m not likely to see that. Won’t use them again

One item received ok next item I chased said delivered but I can see it’s delivered to incorrect address customer services won’t help as say it’s delivered but no idea who too !!! Charged insurance useless, avoid avoid ….

Dreadful. Product quality awful. So disappointed. Customer services wouldn’t let me return. Please do not buy from this site

In UK and I have also been overcharged. Invoice said £15.34 but they have taken £18.41 from my bank account...and subscribed me to their newsletter that I don't recall consenting to. Not happy and have emailed customer service to cancel my order immediately after placing it. Yet to receive a reply.

Overcharged by £3. Scam website do not order! Very annoyed. No response as yet from company.
