A literal FKIN Scam and a pathetic excuse of a provider. You will never win a bonus normally, they make it to where you have no choice but to activate the 5x chance to get a bonus and even then IF you manage to get a bonus using their 5x chance, the bonuses are just as disappointing. Sometimes winning NOTHING or barley 1x most the time. Literally wasted $200 at 30cent bets (5x bonus chance activated) and literally did not win one bonus on any game I played. Disgraceful and Scandalous A$$ Provider. With that being said, I will be filing complaints to every single company/corporation that granted you a license. I suggest everyone who got scammed by these Crooks do the same. Scammers 300+ spins no bonus how many spins do u expect me to spin to give me the bonus???

Was a diehard fan of this Provider! but Hacksaw has now become an absolute abysmal provider that seems to have a massive problem delivering on the payout front. Shameless! Hacksaw plz go back to the old times, its to stingy now and your ruin your rep! That "new" CEO of yours, MC is a joke , get rid og him before you all go under!

I admit it. I was totally wrong with my previous opinion with this Provider. I believed their strategy works for the past years to make customers feel we are winning and we think they're best on payout.. but hmmm, as soon as they audit and find those winning players from different operators? That player/s will be singled out and flagged all your accounts wherever online casino you go playing their developed games.. and that will be most likely high risk of losing. Even you hit all the featured bonuses of the game, the, payout will be unbelievably low and some is £0 (zero), we are talking about feature bonus here yeah? A completed bonus play payout of £0 zero?? Can you believe that? Another example, one single session with a very high losing spin lets say 1000 spin with mostly a losing spin maybe 80% losing spin from base game... then finally got the bonus feature at one end.. you know how.much the result of the feature? Not even 1% of the money spent from losing spin in the base game. As a customer whose been injected my mind that they are good on payout etc.., at first, just ignored but hey after many consecutive times of almost similar results, ill realized that something is not right then i reviewed all my previous games, and yes there was a pattern of unfair and irregular payout. Their "payback" strategy is working. Some will say bad luck, it is not.... its evidential unfair outcome. Cant dispute either, as they will reason out about RNG which is sad. RNG supposed to be a special tool to secure gambling but it seems that this kind of gambling companies uses it as both a shield and a weapon for wrongdoings. Sad really ... sad.

BIGGEST SCAM! 95% of the bonus & super bonus pay under 10x!

3500+ spins no bonus 20p stake absolutely ridiculous not fun to play they should be arrested absolute scam

What happened to fair gaming? These guys don't even make it fun anymore. If I could post the screen shots I took, of numerous bonus wins I hit, you guys would die laughing. They're bad. I mean really. There was a time when I'd be super stoked to hit the bonus, knowing it was gonna pay me out. I mean, you'd think a bonus would at least pay out the amount you bet. At least! Smh. And somtimes it would take 300 plus spins before one would even hit. Hacksaw Gaming - you guys gotta do better than that. Pretty much stealing peoples money. Oh!!! But wait!!! Theres even an option to bet button to bet 5 times more than the actual winning bet, giving you 5 to 10 times more of a chance of hitting the bonus. I fell for that one too. Lol Good times Hacksaw Gaming. It was like taking a shower with your socks on. The algorithm is just a bit off guys.
