They are scammers
They get money from a card without otp,,, scam indeed. After they get money they will ask all sorts of useless verification types.... Cary the bank card,, card the national ID,, show both sides of ID and they will bring an error,,, they will tell you we suspect fraud and we have refunded yet the refund will not alive
