Tastes great for instant. Reminds me of the instant Folgers. A little gritty at the bottom if you don't stir it before a sip. Haven't noticed any benefits yet. Still bloated and craving sweets. Maybe it'll kick in soon.

Today is day 13 of drinking habitone. I honestly have more energy and I noticed last night I had no sweet tooth for the first time in a very long time. I don't really care for the creamer but the coffee is great.
