Thank you for the honest review — we appreciate you giving it a fair shot! The food noise quieting down in under a month is actually a great early sign that the adaptogens are starting to work. The bigger shifts in energy, sleep and cortisol typically come at weeks 4-6 with consistent daily use, so you're right on track! On the taste — try using a little less ice and stirring vigorously, or mix with a splash of cold milk for a richer, stronger flavor. A heaped scoop instead of a level one can also make a noticeable difference! We'd love to see that review updated at the one month mark. ☕
