Funny I went again today it's not only a sickbay for covid 2x multiplied versus any other fast food chain clientele & I'm comparing sickbay to restaurant like McDonald's which is still down 12% due to cost of food 12$ a burger every 3 visit they throw ingredients I say NO I repeat NO Wanted topping at Same vocal setting guess who failed at their miserable life I not rude I just honest I'm depressed I outcast yet responsible even if I employee got hired 50+ consumers a day I could do better with 2x the disability since speed no issue at habit unless it food not cleaning I love that I'm unemployed better than sleezy corp slaves since it isn't a hearing failure here but manager no want better huh? They prefer inexperienced scummy easy to pay This place begging for another class action suit & not from me I'm too caring to waste my precious time must be a Grammy for them to be lost losing in spotlight I have an IQ of 120 I got score yet I discriminated no offense remove my review it honest no profanity right remove please as they remove themselves from effort! ^^

Salinas, CA: Small yet very nice restaurant. We came in and told the lady at the counter we couldn't access their app on our phone for thieir current 20% discount. -This woman spoke to her manager and came back and she did provide the 20$% discount. - The food was quite good, and we will return.

This is less about individual restaurants than the organization. They are a typical west coast woke entity. They make offers that sound great, but just good. When you try to use them you find they aren't what they say it is. For example, the have some value offers like wraps for $5 and a $10 wrap meal. They also offer a free kids meal with ANY $10 purchase. Try buying a $10 wrap meal and the free kids meal and you can't get it because ANY means any except anything that you aren't paying their higher prices to get. If you complain the store manager you will probably get the deal as they understand the BS this corporate ploy is, but if you try to contact corporate on this you find they don't have a phone number that you can find and if you do actually get a phone number for corporate you get a voice mail to leave a message, but they will NEVER get back to you. They want you to leave a message, but the will NEVER respond. Like all CA liberals they tell you they will give you great deals, but will refuse to give you the deal unless you pay a lot of money. Where's the deal? If you don't really care how much something costs or you feel sorry for these companies and believe you should overpay then do so. If you have a brain and don't like being taken then stay away.

We finally went to Habit today after they opened in Queen Creek AZ on the 18th on my sons suggestion.. Total distaste..We had a char burger with cheese and a fis,h sandwich along with corn puffs. The rolls on BOTH were dry and tasteless. The fish was as bland as could be and the burger along with the condiments were tasteless. The puffs were fried so hard that the coating shattered like glass when bitten. There were seven persons behind the counter with only my wife as customers. After waiting eight minutes I finally had to yell for assistance.Totally a bad experience start to finish.If you do not change quite abit,you are doomed.

On 2/14/2026 we purchased food for 3 for lunch to celebrate my son's 36th birthday. When we got the food home it was inedible. Both burgers and the chicken sandwich were not cooked fully. After one bite we had to toss them. These are violations of the California Health and Safety Code 114004. Habit refuses to refund. Do not risk illness or more buying food at the Habit in Elk Grove California.

Habit Burger Grill is the only GOURMET fast food restaurant out there, #1 hands down, always cooked to order, served piping hot and out of this world delicious! Love this place!!

I had a lovely experience. Would recommend anytime.

I ordered food on their app and they overcharged me. It was only $3 but I'm on a fixed income and don't get to eat out much. $3 is more than I can afford to give away. I only ordered because they offered a discount but when I went to get the food, they charged me full price and wouldn't make it right. I contacted them with the form on their website and went round and round trying to add the time. It wouldn't take it no matter how I put it. Somehow, they got the complaint and replied that they would send me coupons if I'd send them my address. I want MY money back, not more of their food. It seems it makes me sick. That could be because they stole my money and I just can't. I will never patronize them again and would advise all senior citizens to avoid them.
