Awesome customer service…great people to deal with…

I purchased the ProLock Flat Surface Bracket to mount a 1.4 lbs HalGaurd Extinguisher in an early C3 Corvette. I did not want to mount the extinguisher on the passenger seat. The ProLock Bracket allowed me to mount the extinguisher on top of the passenger rear wheel well and does not interfere with the rear window tray or storage compartments. The extinguisher can be released from the bracket quickly with one hand. The build quality is top notch and the Billet finish is amazing.

Product is very high quality. Monting brackets are very solid and secure. Even the universal one I used, was very impressed with the quality.

Great product 👌, it can save a life, car and well designed for my mbz 2001 SL 600. Buy American hire American! God bless America!!

I have purchased a few products from H3R and have found them to be of very high quality and a good addition to my Jeep Rubicon. I recently purchased the Wrangler Fire Extinguisher Mount that mounts on the rear of the roll-bar and was quite surprised by the shipping cost upon checkout of $31.98 for a very light package. I made a less than positive comment in a review regarding this issue and was quite surprised to be contacted by Chris (Senior VP) regarding my concern. He was extremely pleasant and expressed his surprise that customers were indeed being charged so much for a very small package. He apologized and promised to look into the issue further. Subsequently, he wrote back to advise that they have researched using other carriers and have found alternatives that will allow a more cost effective way to ship items for their customers. It was very refreshing that H3R responded to my concerns in a timely and professional manner, even going so far as to research how to make their customer experience more positive. They could have just written me off as a “one-off” upset customer but they went above and beyond to find out more details of my concern and DO something about it. This type of customer service sets them apart from other companies out here that don’t seem to care these days. Keep up the good work and much further success!

Great company to work with. My order was delivered quickly and the product was exactly what I ordered.

Got it fairly quick, and the extinguisher looks and feels like a quality piece. This is the one item I hope to never have to use. But I am glad to have it in the event of a fire. The unit comes with a mount, and it was easy to bolt it down to the floor of my car, within easy reach.

H3R Performance has great products and excellent, responsive customer service. They gave me no problems at all when I purchased an item and then decided I wanted to change to a more heavy-duty version that the offered. The original item would have been fine but the upgraded version is amazing.
