Why spend all that money on a project and skimp on a fire extinguisher? It's something I hope I never use. Shipping was fast, will definitely purchase more for my other projects!

Makes sense to us! Thank you for your review! That sleek black HalGuard HG500B that you purchased is a powerful extinguisher and the clean agent won't damage your vehicle - a concern with dry chemical fire extinguishers.

I found the fire extinguisher that I wanted on the H3R website. I ordered it and within 2 days it was delivered! The package was really well packed and double boxed to ensure the chrome was not dented. Great service and the product I wanted. Can't get better than that.

I have not used the extinguisher thankfully but getting it was painless and quick. The old maxim holds true you get what you pay for. This is no exception. As a career firefighter i have used lots of extinguishers and put out lots of car fires. Your typical dry chemical extinguisher puts out lots of fire and works well. But if you spent four years building your own car like i did the last thing you want to do is ruin an otherwise perfectly good engine with drychem if you do not need to. Yes it is not cheap to go this route but neither is an engine.

Thank you - we appreciate receiving a review from someone with your experience! To most consumers, a fire extinguisher is a fire extinguisher. It is challenging to help people understand why our HalGuard clean agent extinguishers are worth their price premium. Your review nicely explains why spending more for a quality, clean agent extinguisher can ultimately save money.
