Your system is flawed. When someone wants to know something as simple as "Where is my order" and the best you can do is say "LOOK IT UP YOURSELF" use the 25 diget tracking number. THAT'S NOT COSTUMER SERVICE! So I tried again 2 days later SAME THING with you and DHL. I'm one and done with your company

I ordered and paid for 50 I only received 10. I sent an email letting the company know that I only recovered 10 of the 50 ordered but never received a response from anyone, and I never received the other 40 that is due me. Sincerely Billie Jordan

Might be you have seen the mixed price and the product amount due to technical issues in our system. However, we have checked and you have received your order after 12 business days which the delay did not occur. According to our policy, we are responsible for delivery during 7-15 business days.
