Are you the same company which goes under direct gym source as I have ordered from them and have not had the item delivered

Really disappointed.Placed an order - paid for it - no sign of our order and get no reply to my emails. Unable to track down a phone number to speak to anyone,

I buy all of my gym machines from them. The Gym Source on Rt. 17 North has everything I need. Terry is an excellent salesman. I'll continue buying from them.

I highly recomend Gym source, especially if you want very good, personal service. I ordered the XR6 elliptical after trying one in the Sarasota store. When it came 2 weeks later, I was disappointed to find that, unlike the one in the store, I found it too difficult for me. ( I am disabled with a muscle disorder) I called back and was told that the store demo had been broken in and it would take some time for my machine to work the same. I found this to be impossible for me, and they immeduately offered me the choice of exchanging mine for the demo, and even upgraded the console. I couldn't be more satisfied. You will not be sorry if you do business with Gym Source. Great people. Great service.
