My experience was very good with Frank at The Gym Source. He followed up with over a fairly long time. Finally the right equipment went on sale and like clock work I hear from Frank. I was just about to purchase something online too. Frank gave me non negative feedback regarding what I was considering buying. It makes a huge difference to talk with an expert versus relying on only reviews. Last and what really made me thing hard about an online product that is not sold locally is the service. Things will happen to all machines and having the Gym Source nearby meant I wouldn't have to experience lengthy downtime. I bought the True PS 825 and really like it!
