Bought a True treadmill. Price was right and the delivery was on time and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Quick and easy and helpful staff

Terry was a super helpful salesperson and the entire purchase experience was as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Purchased a treadmill on line before Christmas on 12/16 and when it was delivered it was so damaged I refused it. I remembered Gym Source as a local dealer of in home equipment as well as commercial and called. Talked to Mike Vaccarelli on Wednesday and made an appointment for Thursday and we met. He showed me many quality treadmills and gave me comparative information to make my decision. No pressure, no hurry just support! I selected a Precor TRM223. He said that a Saturday delivery between 9-11 was available. At 8 am I got a call that if I was ready for delivery they would be right there. I was, the delivery crew were friendly, professional and thorough! Within an hour I had my first workout and so a bad situation was remedied by Gym Sources "GOOD" outcome! There will be no other option for me to purchase home gym equipment in the future!! Thanks Mike and Gym Source. Oh, I'm still dealing with the 1st travesty of a company (hint: NT) but at least I have an outlet for venting frustration... Doug

After considering the purchase of a dumbbell weight set for several months, we went to see Power Blocks at Gym Source. Not only could we both see and try them out (unlike other stores where they were tied down to the stand), Chad was very helpful and informative about the different Power Block series and how other customers feel about them. And he even took it upon himself to check with the corporate office to get us a good deal. We left with Power Block that very day. If we decide to get anything further, we won't hesitate to shop Gym Source again.

I am the author of Goodbye Fatness Hello Gorgeous! I lost 125 pounds my way. My schedule is busier so I was seeking an elliptical with a lot of features and varied exercises. David helped me select the perfect one! It is a TRUE brand elliptical that has an upper platform to stand on to work the arms. I appreciated this knowledgeable sales person who matched an elliptical to my needs. He was also kind, not pushy, which is a turnoff for me. Delivery and assembly was convenient and as promised. If you ever need a spokesperson, let me know...yes, I loved the transaction and product THAT much!

Very apparent after a visit to Sears and GymSource that GYmSource salespeople knows lot about machines and exercises

We dropped in on a random Sunday with a handful of questions and later that day we had a new home gym designed by Lisa which was installed only a few days later. Very responsive, helpful service and knowledge on all of the equipment.
