I have a long history of developing software. My experience started in 1970 as a programmer in a large mainframe shop. This backup software and customer service is absolutely the best I have experienced. The worst catastrophe I ever experienced in my professional life was when Norton Backup System was unable to restore my files after a hard drive failure. These files contained many decades of computer programs I had developed. The highest level of Norton support (level 3) was unable to restore my files! I even wrote to the president of the company and never received a response. I went through considerable stress while believing many decades of work was completely destroyed. Fortunately, I was able to eventually restore the files on my own accord. After that disaster with Norton Backup System I shopped around for a reliable backup system. When I contacted the Guru squad it was like breathing a breath of fresh air. Their customer service is wonderful and they have a great product.
