I thought highly of Gurney's until last Friday, when I received a fungus-infected Pixie Crunch Reachable. This fall shipping arrived in the 105° high summer heat of New Mexico. I have pictures. There is no possible way that the person who packed this tree did not see the damage. I contacted company immediately, with photo. Again today. I want them to tell me how to care for this tree and send me the treatment free of charge. I have concerns about the orders I have outstanding. I told them I will refuse delivery of unhealthy plants in the future. Best thing about credit cards is the facility to initiate a dispute. I will edit review if they ever respond. GURNEY RESPONSE, annotated: "The photos show leaf spotting and damage that may be consistent with a fungal issue or stress from shipping and the summer heat. We’re very sorry your Pixie Crunch tree arrived in this condition, especially given the cost of the tree and the high temperatures in New Mexico. We understand your concern and want to help. "--Timing of shipping was Gurney decision. Fungus came from their yard. Damage is not consistent with shipping stress according to my lawn person-- "The tree does appear to be healthy overall, and if the spotting is related to a fungal issue, the good news is that many fungal problems are very treatable. We recommend trying the following steps: Pick off the worst affected leaves and dispose of them in the trash. "--Recommending I do what I told them I already did indicates they did not pay attention to details.-- "Remove any fallen leaves from around the tree. Water at the soil level rather than wetting the foliage. Keep the tree in an area with good air circulation. If you continue to see more and more spots developing on new leaves, you may want to consider applying an appropriate fungicide, following the product's label directions." --GURNEY did not offer to compensate for fungus treatment, but they do intend to replace the diseased tree they sent with another from the same yard if the first one dies. I told them I wanted a minimum 50% refund on tree and that I will not take a replacement if this one dies. I do not trust their quality control, or the quality itself. Sorry to part ways with the company I thought I was dealing with, happy to be done with the company it actually is. I canceled my other orders in order to avoid bringing more disease into the yard.

I’ve ordered multiple years but this year out of 30 strawberries only 4 plants survived and 1 of my two tomato plants. 0 resolve through ai customer service. They’ve received my last order. Very disappointing

My strawberry plants died even after I followed their directions. I let them know within a month and they did not even offer to replace or issue a credit.
