As a business, I regret using Guntab and getting rid of our payment processing. Not only are they making 3 percent on transactions for your customers, and amounts for each transaction for the seller, they are holding your money until the items have been delivered and give the customers a 3 day inspection period. This is great for the customer and individual sellers that arent businesses and stopping fraud from people that aren't honest. But, as a business this is insane. I am definatly removing this from all our products and only using guntab as an absolute last resort. This is not what I was thinking it was going to be. It holds up alot of money and our shop already offers guarantees on all our products. Absolutely unreasonable for a business.

The site works but is sloooooooooooow to process. They warn of a delay if using your bank account as payment source but on my most recent transaction they took out money on a Tuesday and didn't release it until Friday. Couple this with a slow shipping seller and my order on the 16th is estimated to arrive on the 28th. I will not ever use the service again. UPDATE: My poor review of this service seems even more warranted in light of trying to login this morning to check on the whereabouts of my order via a tracking link only to find that my account has been suspended. Yes, quality company.

Worked perfectly to sell pistol on GunBroker. GT initiated payment at 12:30 pm on schedule, in my Bank of America account at 6:00 am next morning. Safer for both Seller and Buyer. Gives Buyer more payment options. Will use again.

I attempted to sell a Shotgun for charity. Buyer wanted to use GunTab. If you are into Escrow accounting then that is the way to go but if you want your payment before shipping then that is not the way. There was confusion of payment time, etc. GunTab did work to fix things and refund all Funds ASAP. Adding time to receive funds and fees is a future consideration.

Takes all the worries out about payment.

I have now used GunTab to help me with the sales of multiple firearms and have been happy with each transaction. GunTab doesn't just have a system that's safe and easy for both buyers and sellers, but they have a system that was built with customers at the forefront. This level of customer service doesn't happen by accident. It takes work, and the GunTab team's willing and able to do that work. It's nice to do business with a company that cares this much about it's customers.

I recently purchased a new rifle off of Gunbroker. I was leary about payment for the item due to the seller only accepting a money order and hearing about all the scam horror stories that have become common when using Gunbroker. Scams that happen to the seller as well, not just the buyer. Sending payment to a person I don't know and hoping that he/she is legit made me feel very uneasy. However, finding and using GunTab took away that feeling and gave me peace of mind! The process was super easy, fast and kept both parties safe in the transaction. For a nominal and very inexpensive fee, it was so nice to have that peace of mind to know that I couldn't get scammed. I'm very happy with GunTab and will use them again for future firearms purchases as needed....5 stars!!
