"I'm delighted with the support I've received today. I tapped in some holes first and predrilled with smaller bit and added the screws. I just couldn't figure out how the bridge would bend to make the effect if the screws were attached.. But guess there's enough movement for the sound. Thanks for your help and off to build another guitar. Not sure which one yet.. Still haven't tackled the electric acoustic one that I purchased because I'm afraid to glue on the bridge and screw it up."

I recently finished building my kit, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Initially, I ran into a bit of a snag with the electronics (turned out I just missed a ground somewhere during my first run), but the level of customer care from these guys is next level. The team actually followed up to check on my build, which completely blew me away. After I stripped the wiring and redid it from scratch, everything clicked into place. I’ve been playing for hours today, and the guitar sounds and plays brilliantly! Huge thanks to the team for checking in and offering such awesome support. Excellent product and an even better company to deal with!

The neck looks and feels amazing, and the fretwork is spot on, better than anything I have ordered from any company. This is probably my 15th build. My 3rd order from Guitar Kit World. It's a custom ST style with a HSS pickup configuration and a reverse neck. Shipping is a process but that was expected. My guitar arrived in a top notch package.

I really enjoyed the experience of building this guitar, including some of the challenges and trouble-shooting that came with it. The kit arrived faster than expected, and actually took only one Saturday to assemble after the body and neck were finished. I'm still working on the setup, but that's also true of guitars I've owned for decades. My kit came with the bridge and neck pilot holes predrilled, and that relieved a lot of anxiety.

That's what sets your kits apart from a couple of others that I have tried. Mostly the others have little to no support. But particularly on my first GLW kit, which was another hollow body, questions that arose were taken very seriously and the responses were excellent.
