I asked for a refund as the material the delivered is outdated and useless and nothing as promised. Ordered their tapes years ago with a “lifetime membership” and that they will “Always send out new tapes as they are made or updated” Total lies...never received any updated/new stuff and when I have emailed them...they never return with even a “get lost”. Original tapes weren’t bad....but non-existent customer service gets them a zero stars if it were an option. Thanks for the horrible service Tim.
