Nitro surge is not worth the money, especially with the added expense of having to buy the £30 special cap. It’s a marketing gimmick. The drink itself is slightly bitter with none of the background hint of sweetness with a good Guinness. I’m Irish and been drinking Guinness for over 50 years. I prefer a good pub pint but actually find the taste, texture and head from the widget can almost as good. I have extensive experience of drinking Guinness throughout Ireland, GB and some foreign countries. So I would say that my experience is valid to my comment. I have just tried my first 0.0 alcohol free which is an excellent tasting Guinness with a great colour, head and the hint of sweetness.
