we agreed to post 2 articles, agreed to be paid within 24hours, we are still waiting. they send out repeat message for invoices despite sending the invoices more than a dozen times, they just send out the same message for invoices. Dont go near them, they are scammers

Hello Paul, Thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry. This is Bhagyesh, co-founder of GUESTPOSTLINKS. You're right. You published both articles as agreed and sent your invoices promptly. On our side, the invoices landed in a separate finance inbox and weren't picked up in time, while our order team kept sending you the same request for an invoice you had already sent. That was our failure, not yours, and the tone of one of our replies made it worse. Both invoices were paid in full on 12 September. I've also written to you directly, and I've changed our process so that incoming invoices are checked against the order thread before any reminder is sent, and receipt is confirmed to the publisher the same day. We pay thousands of publishers, and we got this one badly wrong. If there's anything still outstanding, please email me, and I'll handle it personally. GUESTPOSTLINKS
