GTranslate’s customer service was excellent. I reached out with a fairly technical issue involving translated WordPress pages, AJAX, and a nested Gravity Form. Their support team quickly identified the underlying problem as missing Nginx rewrite rules and provided clear instructions for fixing it. Once our developer added the recommended configuration, the Spanish form began working correctly. I really appreciated how specific and actionable their response was.

I've been using GTranslate for 2 years across multiple websites, and it's been a massive help for our international SEO. It's affordable, and their customer service is responsive (any slight delays are totally fine since it's just time zone differences). I've seen a real impact on our performance and business. Highly recommend trying out their free trial! That said, a couple of improvements would make it perfect. First, it currently lacks hreflang support. I asked CS about this, but the answer was a bit unclear. It would be great to see this added. Second, I tried setting it up for Shopify, but it only supports subdomains. My setup requires subdirectories. If they can implement subdirectory support for Shopify, I'll absolutely subscribe for those stores too!
