Incompetent the tilt lock in my chair stopped working, and I'm struggling while sitting, my back is hurting too much because of their incompetence. it is almost a fraud on the chair it is written 2 years of warranty , when I asked the customer support they claimed that this must be a print error, claiming that their actually warranty is only 1 year which passed (they probably just changed the warranty policy mean while) all I can say that this is pathetic , a customer service replying called ZOE again incompetent no professional will say the written 2 years is just a print error ". what is the point of buying a chair that will just break after only one year?!?

Honestly the least professional, most disrespectful and almost fraudulent experience I've ever had with any company. My chair stopped working correctly after around 10 months, and I've been fighting with customer service for over a month now trying to get an actual replacement, but it seems to be impossible. They simply ignore their own warranty policies, demand pictures and videos when their website specifically states a written description suffices, they ignored me for 2 straight weeks and the customer service tried to lie multiple times about the length and nature of their warranty. Do not buy anything from them if you expect them to keep to their own word.

Please avoid, had the chair 6 months and it is not working now. Followed up with the company and many back and forth and the solution they came up with was a replacement part that could take a few months to come through and a £3 refund. Chair may look good but terrible product and terrible customer service. Once bought, that’s it, any issues and you have practically no chance of resolution.

Terrible chairs come in a thousand bits to put together and are so low quality it’s quite astounding, pair this with a non existent plant returns service meaning you stuck with this rubbish once you bought it, it’s basically a typical low quality Chinese company and product. Horrible stay clear
