Thank you Gianluuca! Coverage in remote safari areas like Amboseli depends on the local towers, so some dead zones are unfortunately unavoidable — glad it worked well near the cities and kept the whole family online via hotspot. Enjoy the safari!

Thanks Michael! Vietnam and Malaysia on one eSIM with solid coverage — that's the plan working as intended. Happy travels!

Thanks for the honest feedback, Nehomar. Connection drops usually come down to a specific network band at the destination — if you email [email protected] with where you travelled, we'll check the carrier settings so your next trip runs smoother.

Hi Trevor, thanks for reaching out! The Galaxy S21 FE sold in Australia does support eSIM (Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM), and the most common fix is turning on data roaming for the travel eSIM after you land. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll walk you through it step by step — and if we can't get you connected, we'll refund you in full.
