Good quality
You will need to accept the fact that their products come from China so it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive and if you need to return them, you will need to post them back to China. Other than that, I am very happy with the quality. The ski pants I bought are very comfortable, fit me perfectly and have a good quality. To be honest, I was panicking thinking I was scammed when I saw the reviews after waiting for 2 weeks for the delivery. But the customer service team was responsive, checking on delivery day and luckily they arrive on time for my skiing trip. So I think the reviews are a bit harsh on them.

I accidentally ordered a Large size for a snowboard jacket. I emailed them right away if it's possible to change my order to Medium and they got back to me as soon as possible and they were able to exchange my order to Medium. I was so happy when the told me that and I love the fit of the jacket. There's more room for me to put layers on and I love the color of the jacket too. They gave me the best customer service. Thank you GSouSnow fam!

GREAT Snowboarding Jacket
I ordered a snowboarding jacket for my son for Christmas from GSouSnow. This was my first time ordering from this company, and I had a great experience. My son is very happy with the jacket. He went on to order more items from the company. My order arrived ahead of schedule, and the jacket was just as expected. Very happy with the ease of ordering, timing of delivery, and overall quality of the products. Thank you!
