when you deal with them or put any money its lost only maybe through legal way you can get back, I am going this way after i put an honest negtive review insted of trying to solve the problem they deleted my account which has 84 usdt they rejected to refund me and they threaten me if i dont remove my negative honest review i lose everything i already know my money is lost but i will go legal way against them anyway i am just putting this review just so you dont deal with them there is a lot of better honest trustworthy people you could deal with them i have the proofe and everything about what i am saying and i plan to put a video on them on tiktok and youtube to warn people not deal with such thifes they will not help you with any service and they will try to make you get tired till you lose all hopes to get any service and no refund so its very shady scam site they are running

These are the worst scams I have ever seen, bastards of the worst kind. what's more, he even threatens me. here is their last message sent yesterday evening : Hi there, We have received extortion attempts related to Trustpilot, requesting our payment to remove negative reviews from individuals engaging in malicious or fraudulent behavior. You have also been identified as participating in or supporting these harmful actions. As a result, we have temporarily closed your account due to violations of our terms and disruptive behavior. Once these issues are resolved (removed negative * and vote again) we will review your case and consider reopening your account. In addition to all that, I have screenshots as proof of the $214.85 they scammed me out of.

I no longer understand this gsmunlockusa.com server. I've already deposited $214.85 for unlocking services on two devices, and the delivery timeframe has long since passed. However, they refuse to refund my $214.85 and are threatening to block me, and I don't know what to do anymore. I tried to get unlock code for my Samsung S25 phone locked to AT&T for 3 of their services and none of them work. I got refunded to my account when I didn't get the code. I requested paypal refund and was able to get my money back. Fortunately I didn't get scammed. I just don't think the service worked or they should remove services that don't work. I spent several weeks waiting for the code and no result. It was a waste of time. I didn't want to keep spending more on their more expensive services.

HONEST REVIEW!!! SCAMMERS BEWARE! I’ve been in the phone game 12 years now. I’ve used multiple unlock companies. Gsmunlockusa was ok until I deposited $150… I waited 1 month for them to reject the unlock so now my money is stuck in the account because u have to load your account. $150 is the most I deposited at one time and after I did that now they won’t unlock anything. I’ve tried 5 different devices and they are different types of unlocks too and none of them will go through UNLESS I purchase the more expensive unlock from them. I think this is their tactic. Once they get u to deposit “a lot “ which wherever they are based probably in some 3rd world country $150 USD is a lot of money to them. So if they can scam me into thinking I need to get the more upgraded service in order to unlock my device then they get to keep more money and since my money is already in there they are betting on me not to care. The last check I did was a simple iCloud check for a MacBook to see if the device was locked or not… the order came back rejected (not found) so I went to sickw.com and the check processed instantly. It’s pretty sad but I’ve had this happen with almost every single unlocking company at some point. As soon as they get a lot of money from u they stop processing ur unlocks and tell u to get the “premium” version 3-10x more expensive, if things change and they stop being squirrelly ill update my review. But so far I’m out $150 buck and no service from them works… not even a simple iCloud on/off check??

They don't unlock anything. Definitely I have my doubts about this site. Contacting my bank to get my money back. Two different iPhones and same outcome. They also emailed me threatening me to lock my iCloud and lock my phone if I don't removed this review and they also flagged me as a fake buyer. I will attach if necessary pictures of orders not completed and proof of two previous emails from me asking questions since they were past the timeline for completion.
