Started with some trouble but issue was resolved
All 3 sims worked for 1 day and then wouldn't connect to the network. We had some trouble reaching customer service via Email and WhatsApp but eventually when they responded, they worked hard to resolve the issues. Telecom is hard and dealing with foreign networks presents many challenges. In the end, they were able to resolve the issue by sending us new eSims and we received compensation for our troubles. I would consider using them again.
