GrowthPairReviews of growthpair.com

We have been working with Jonathan and GrowthPair for around a year now and waited to leave this review until now. Their team is incredibly responsive and attentive. They understand exactly what we're looking for and send high-quality, pre-vetted candidates that significantly cuts down on interview time for our internal team. They aren't afraid to say no to sourcing a candidate if it's out of their wheelhouse which I appreciate and respect. If you're looking for marketing team members, I high recommend using GrowthPair to do so.

I’ve been working with GrowthPair for nearly a year, and the experience has been exceptional. I partnered closely with Jonathan to identify a hands-on, strategic growth marketing assistant for our organization, and the result exceeded every expectation. Within just a few weeks, this hire played a meaningful role in scaling our affiliate program and became a key contributor to expanding our presence across new channels. At this point, it’s hard to imagine our team without them.

Hired one team member through Growth Pair so far and impressed. We were presented with 3 solid candidates to interview, all good in their own way, and one a particularly good fit for the role we had. Flexible and easy to arrange, and we've found a strong new team member. Impressed early on.

We hired our first marketing and design hire through the platform. Really liked the process and we found a solid candidate. She is still with us, nearing almost 2 years. Would highly recommend!

Growthpair was a life saver when seeking high quality and cost effective near-shore talent for our paid social program as we scaled. The process was super smooth and the resource we ended up getting paired with was truly an expert. Highly recommend for anyone looking for cost effective contractors in a pinch.

Jonathan and the GrowthPair team made our search and hiring process very smooth. Their vetting process ensured we were only evaluating quality candidates, and Jonathan's experience as a growth marketer is invaluable during the process as well. We found a great paid search marketer in a matter of days.

Growthpair sourced a great lifecycle marketer at much better cost than alternatives. The key was to work closely with the hire upfront (closer than a typical hire, but ultimately it delivers better results)

I’ve been using Growth Pair for about a month and it’s been the best experience I’ve had for GTM talent. I’ve used Upwork for years for project work, but have never found a long-term hire to join my team. I'd always loved the idea of working with a nearshore hire and passing off the cost savings to clients, but wasn't able to actually find the right talent. I've found a lot of issues with trust (who's actually doing the work?), quality of deliverables, communication, and scope. The Growth Pair team totally changed that. After our intake call, they sourced awesome profiles for me to review, handled interviews and scheduling, and checked in weekly to keep things moving. It took about 3 weeks from first call to my growth marketer starting with me. Growth Pair is perfect if you know you need growth or marketing help but aren’t sure where to start or how to find top talent. The best part is that the growth marketer I hired is now an indispensable part of my team, and I didn’t have to spend months searching to find her. Truly an invaluable service.
