A really nice service until my visa got rejected and they now have to pay me back. First, as my contract mentioned, they emailed me saying that the money will take up to 3 months to arrive to my bank account. Then, after more than 3 months and a lot of emails without responses from them, they finally announced that due to "financial issues", they will contact me in a month to set up the payback. Now, more than 2 months later, I am still waiting for them to contact me as they just have decided to stop answering me! What an awful customer service!

Realmente una decepción. Cuando los contactas son super atentos y cuando ya pagas se desinteresa de todo. Pero esta no es la peor parte. Contratamos las casas que ellos tienen para estudiantes y son un desastre. No hay wifi, entra y sale gente que ni siquiera pertenecen a la casa...Lo cual es inadmisible porque son casas solo para las personas que pagan por vivir ahí. Por otro lado, cuando les escribís literalmente no hacen nada. Cómo wifi.. hay un chip de celular común para toda la casa (15 personas aprox). Y ni hablar si llegas a pedir un reembolso o reclamar. No te van a contestar nunca y el dinero van a pasar meses de meses de meses hasta que te lo devuelvan. Realmente es una pésima agencia. 0% recomendable. Si realmente se preocupan por el servicio que brindan, espero puedan revertir estas situaciones.

Good experience, but unfortunately not accountable of a refund they said it would be done a year ago. Lately they don't even answer my emails.
