Terrible customer service, I bought stuff from Them That never arrived, when asking why, they would not anwser, or give sort of explanation. chat on the webpage doesn’t work, they didn’t answer too… don’t waste your time with this guys they are way to far from being professional. Waited for items to arrive just to know things weren’t send. Why don’t let me Know at the beginning. So I can know what other options do I have. Don’t buy from this guys

Crooks plain and simple. They advertise sale prices, take your money and never send the product. They complain about being a small business, but they kept my cash for almost 2 months with no product sent. Extremely rude and belligerent. They should be investigated for fraudulent activities across state lines.

Likely others I had a pump that ups broke during shipping , they sent a call tag and I returned it month later I ask where’s the pump ? Marsh said idk, want a refund? I said why waste my time with a refund. He quickly replied in the chat “ we are done here , take your business elsewhere. ….refunded the money…I call and a talk to the owner,left my number …no reply. I email marsh, apologize, stil nothing ..this guy sucks and is the general manager I was told by staff the owner leaves all business dealing to him and collects his check …..poor company policy that states problems take time which is money, focus on money coming. And toss any thing or anyone with problems to the curb to focus on money coming in without issues ….screw them,,!

They're the worst. Can't get ahold of anyone, always out of stock, unwilling to even help.... This place is awful.

Terrible company! Do not try to buy from them. They take your money and either don't send product or send wrong item! They take your money and if you try communicating with them, the block you!!! SCAMMERS! AMAZON QUIT LETTING THEM ADVERTISE WITH YOU!!!!

Placed my order on Thursday and it arrived on Saturday via UPS. No issues and I saved a lot of money on my order.

Ordered product over three weeks ago still not processed but they were happy to take my money. no way to get ahold of them, chat says it is diabled till 8/7 while on vacation however it is 8/10. No one anwers the phone no way to contact them. Horrible service, not reputable. buyer beware they are a rip off company.

After reading the one star reviews on TrustPilot I was concerned that I had purchased from a fraudulent website. Thankfully this was not the case. One of the products in my shipment was backordered which is why my order took several weeks to fulfill. While the phone number listed on the website seemed to be disconnected and the help form was not functional, I did receive a prompt response to my email. Overall I’m disappointed that it took several weeks to receive my order but once the delay was clarified I was not totally unhappy with my experience. If you’re in a hurry maybe look for product elsewhere, but this company is not a complete frauds as other reviewers have stated.
