I worked with Lucas he was very upfront with me and stayed in communication with me the entire time would recommend this company received a tow truck driver in 5 days and the process was very quick.

Serah Wilson was very nice and helpful. She gave me a price, I paid a deposit with the balance due with the driver at delivery. The day the driver was scheduled for pickup, some Simon called me with a lot of rude fast talking trying to go up on the price by a large amount saying the price was only an estimate. I was about to cancel the pickup. I talked back to Serah and agreed to pay an extra hundred dollars. My motorcycle was delivered by a nice guy with a very nice truck and trailer in two days. I was very pleased with him.

It was a long journey but at it came to the close was worth it . Started two weeks ago ,I asked for my truck to be picked up on the 23rd and dropped on the 24th I was told no problem after the deposit was made and driver was set came to the day the drivers tire was bad so it went to pick up in 26th drop 27th ,which I understand life happens I told dispatch that the truck has to be picked up by the 1st of jan no exception he said no problem well after the 1st no pick up and wanted to move the price to 3 times the agreed price which would have been fine if given that price to begin with but I said no I can't do it then I called to cancel altogether because I had it figured out 4 times the amount agreed upon from the dispatch but I was going to have it done myself ,the next morning after I tried to cancel the 2nd ,I get a quote that was doable so I told dispatch to get the driver to contact me and his company name is Thomas Coleman freight ,one of the best drivers I ever met very respectful very good enthusiasm all around great person and if I ever do business with this company again ,I will be using him .. I give a 5 star to the driver but the company I give a 4 because of the time it took for it to be picked up and I didn't care so much when it was dropped as long as in a few days but I almost lost a truck dear to me because of your lack of communication in the future when someone sets up a vehicle for pick up you give them a quote make sure it's an honest one and the driver is already available don't jump a price 3 times the amount you said ,say what you mean and mean what you say asked the driver what they would charge before giving a quote..thank you that is all but also thank you for the driver your hired because my wife and I made a new friend..

Mike was an excellent representative. He listened to what I needed and got me the best price possible, no hidden fees. He provided clear communication, and gave me continuous updates while my vehicle was being transported. My vehicle also reached by the expexted time frame. Would definitely recommend this company and I'd definitely ask for Mike
