Thank you for the dishonest review from the fraudsters. This buyer violated our policy. They attempted to steal our tools but failed. Then they falsely accused us of fraud with baseless accusations. First: If we were defrauding them, we wouldn't have sent any products or services to the buyer. However, we did send the service to the user, and they accessed and used it. They only messaged us after using the tools for 3 days, then demanded unreasonable things from us. This buyer is clearly fraudulent. This is a fraudulent accusation aimed at damaging our reputation, while we provide complete information, policies, and how we provide our services on our website. Third: This buyer repeatedly requested our username and password. When we refused, they accused us of being a scammer. This request from the buyer is completely unreasonable. This is a fake review; I couldn't find any information from this reviewer stating they purchased Capcut from my website.
