GroupBy SEO for multiple SEO tools AI tools, and courses however it was a disappointment. Several tools are not working at all times and there have been server problems with SEMrush and Ahrefs. The same goes for LLM tools which do not work all the time. Even the courses that are supposedly like Coursera and Udemy have not been an easy ride. Not even was it possible to download Screaming Frog file successfully.

As per the promised tools i bought for the cluade and envato most of the time thier server down or cluade already exhaused Apart from this im a designer i like to use the canva but i cant sometimes login and anybody can delete my design. i dont know what to share with this software developer so they can fix it up. Server is always down and if you try to connect with thier customer support not worthy to spend time and money on this tool.

My laptop got damaged, so I had to log in to the account from another device. However, my account was blocked, and I was told that I had violated the terms and conditions. The strange part is that it was only my first day using the tool. A friend referred me to the service, but his account was also blocked on the same day as mine. I honestly don't understand what happened or which terms we supposedly violated. If there was an issue, I would appreciate a clear explanation rather than simply having the account blocked. At this point, I am seriously questioning why this tool was created if legitimate users can be blocked without a clear explanation. It feels extremely unfair and raises serious concerns about the way the service is being operated.

We would like to clarify the facts regarding this suspension. Switching laptops does not result in an automatic account ban. Your account was flagged and temporarily restricted because our security system logged simultaneous logins across different locations and devices at the exact same time. A formal warning was also sent prior to the block. Furthermore, system audit logs confirm the account history and usage timeline differ significantly from the "Day 1" claim. Account sharing breaches our Terms of Service, as it directly impacts server stability for other members. If you wish to have your access records reviewed again, please contact our support team directly.
