Gold Seal Ground SchoolsReviews of groundschool.com

This is a one stop shop ground school. If you put the time in yourself, you’ll do great. I used other schools in the past, and passed.. but not how I wanted. My old test expired, and had to retake my written. I found Gold Seal, and am so happy I did. This course explains things thoroughly, transparent, and also has some interactive lessons. I’ve recommended this to many people in Facebook groups etc. Another bonus is it’s up to date on content, and user interface is very modern. Like anything else, if you put in your personal time learning, studying, and trying to be the best you can be, you can’t go wrong.. especially with Gold Seal. They provide great quizzes and practice exams too. I passed this week with a 92%

After reviewing a lot of options for local groundschools, I realized quickly a couple of things. First, how would I find time to attend scheduled classes while running a business? Second, how can I avoid the financial impact of such a situation? Then, the online option presented itself. Not a new concept, however, once you buy you are generally stuck, in most cases. That in itself is scary. Gold Seal provides you a free taste before you buy. Great choice, especially without obligation. I never regretted my choice for a second. I woke up a couple of hours early, for a few weeks and took the course. That was January 2022, and yesterday, I took my written after I finished the course and the school gladly accepted my certificate from Gold Seal and signed me up for my written. May 19th, I passed my ASEL checkride. Thanks guys and gals for putting in the huge effort it takes to design such a user friendly course that is accessible from any mobile or desktop device, from anywhere in the world. 5+ Stars. Robert Benson, Licensed Pilot, Wichita Falls, TX. Less than 5 months, start to finish. Maybe not a record, but I feel good about it.

Great course with things explained clearly. I learned a ton of info for not just the knowledge exam, but also oral and check rides as well as practical info for any pilot.

Fun interactive

It was a comprehensive go at my own pace program that fit into my busy schedule.

I enjoyed learning with Gold Seal and I tried one of the other popular monthly subscription ground schools as well. Gold Seal was the choice for me as the training was concise, the quizzes were challenging and overall I found it to be a great learning experience without all the cheerleading included in the other course. I scored a 93% on the written and while I wanted a 100% I'm happy and plan on reviewing the course further for my check ride!

Gold Seal was an excellent investment. Thorough lessons on every session needed for the written exam and more. I found it helpful to run through all the lessons several times and made sure I did well on all the quizzes before I attempted the final exam. I finished Gold Seal on 1/8/22, and within a week I had passed my written exam with a high score. Can’t recommend Gold Seal enough.

Gold Seal is without a doubt the best online ground school program, and I love the way the courses are outlined to help you work through each topic. Studying for the written can be very overwhelming, but they have presented it in a way that takes out the anxiety of it all. I started training for my PPL 17 years ago when I was 18, but never got past the written because I didn't feel prepared with the ground school course I was using at that time. After going through Gold Seal I feel more prepared than ever to take the written! You won't be disappointed for choosing Gold Seal! Thank you, Russell Still for an amazing program
