Great opportunity to have financial wealth forever

I have always enjoyed Groundfloor as an investment platform. There is a lot of information available for each loan, and they are super transparent about the performance of each loan. In addition, I have really enjoyed the new automated investing tools that make the process of investing even less manual. I have been investing with them since 2018 and they have continued to improve since then. What stays consistent, however, is their commitment to keeping investments easy and accessible for everyone. I definitely plan to continue investing with them in the long term.

Great way to get a good return on your money and diversify your investments.

Very comfortable to use the platform.

They have good rates of return for the class of LROs being offered. I get about 1 repayment per month and can redeploy the money right away. Their customer service is very good. Although I don't interface with it very much each time I do the response it quick and details the answer to my concern.

Good concept and have been using Groundfloor for many years. Not every thing goes exactly as expected but that is why you earn higher yields. I have done well with my investments with almost all giving me good returns. For the small few - that’s the way it goes- you suck it up and move on because overalll your beating almost all other fixed returns at low invest minimums and you are adding diversity to your portfolio. Invest, make wise choices and stay with it….

As a first time investor Groundfloor has definitely made my experience a great one. I dream of someday jumping into real estate investing but until then I am happy helping others project's coming to fruition.
