I think the information given to make decisions on what properties suit an individual to invest in is enough to make a fair assessment. I have used them for just shy of 1 year. So far I have received an annual return of 10.2%. I had a few LRO's go into default but have been paid back on them. Many loans go over the maturity date and get extended by a few 3 to 6 months but I dont mind because I am still making the interest. I have not lost any money so far. I am happy with them. Good customer service. They answer pretty quickly - usually same day for email. I have called before also. The people are actually nice!!! The blog is informative. I follow their advice and spread the money into many LRO's and reduce my exposure to loss. Minimum investment is $10.00. Can you afford not to try, its cheaper than going to a movie!

This application delivers exactly what it says: Consistent 8%-13%/year returns on the loaned capital with very low levels of risk. Their website is transparent and provides enough information to understand what is happening with each loan. Each loan is separately backed by an individual real-state property. If there is a problem with the repayment they handle all the issues, including foreclosing and selling the property. I have been using the application over 2+years. I follow their advice of diversification by investing a small amount on each loan and spreading the investment over many loans. As a result I have had many (100+) loan repayments and I can vouch that the level of risk matches their analysis. I had a few of the loans default and return less than expected and one whose return did not cover the principal after they foreclosed the property. However, despite this, the impact on the overall returns was quite small: To date I have gotten a 10.3% annualized return on all repaid loans versus the 10.6% I would have had if there had been no loan defaults. I have recommended it to many friends and colleagues.

As an equity and LRO investor with Groundfloor my experience has been impecable. Groundfloor is user-friendly and possibly the easiest way to earn a good return on your money.

Excellent auto investment system

Groundfloor is a very professional and reliable company to invest with. Their website is fantastic, their portfolio tracking system for investors is stellar, and everything is above board with this company. Highly recommend investing with Groundfloor. I've only had good interactions with them with several dozen investments I made with them.

I always wanted to get into Real Estate investing. The costs were too high and appeared too complicated. Ground Floor was the best choice for me to get “my toe in” and not worry.

Great platform for real estate investing. Figuring out how to open the IRA was a pain and took multiple steps. Much harder than the regular account. Regular account works great. No complaints.
