Immediately after ordering I had an email congratulating me on signing up for a monthly subscription for £29.99p/m (I hadn't). Used Relay for delivery who sent "proof of delivery" photos at an unknown address. Have contacted Groovd twice so far regarding this and been ignored. Not a small amount of money to be loosing out on, almost £40 that could have gone towards other Christmas presents
