I ordered 3 grookz for my grandson in Austin. They never arrived. I emailed them 3 times nothing. Scam! Received response saying they were on there way. Nothing!

I ordered three pair of shoes. Didn’t realize I ordered from China, My first mistake. Tracking order states it will be delivered on a specific date - it was not. Now tracking states delivery has been rescheduled. Not sure what delivery service is being used. Wrote in to find out about my order and asked about how to get a refund. My gut is telling me I am not getting my money back or my order. I will re-post if there is a different outcome. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER. I should have done my research first-but was too caught up in the promise of a cute baby shoe for my grandson. When I placed my order, I never received email confirmation of the order (w/order and tracking info). That was a red flag. My CC was charged. Attempted twice to contact the company and while I received emails back, nothing tangible. There is no way to speak with a human. Lesson learned.

I ordered two pairs of shoes during the Black Friday weekend, but unfortunately, I've only received one pair. After reading some reviews, I'm not the only one facing this issue. The response has been inconsistent; to date, I haven't received a refund or the missing pair of shoes. I will be reporting the company to BBB.

I never got thr 2nd pair of shoes I ordered. Ordered in november.. got one but the 2nd shoe never came

They sent me the wrong shoes and customer support is terrible.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered 2 pairs of the sock shoes for my 9 month old granddaughter. When I got my order it was wrong. One pair was gray, I had order green flowers. Customer service wanted me to pay to return their mistake and jump through hoops with paperwork to return the wrong pair. They stated I only had 30 days from the order date to return them, however it took over 3 weeks to get them. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. So now I am out the money and stuck with a pair I did not order or like. I highly recommend you do not order from this company, terrible customer service, shipping takes for ever and they could care less about their customers. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. NEVER ORDER FROM THE COMPANY!!!
