I tried repeatedly to contact the company and let them know the item was sent to the wrong address. I have yet to hear back from them to even have a conversation. I'm just out the money. Customer service support is terrible.

The quality of the product is ok, however sizing seems to be running quite large. The way it came packaged was not uniform between all of the items and quite honestly very cheap and unimpressive. I would not purchase any items from here again as I feel I could have received a better product off of Amazon for much less.

I never received the shoes and although the delivery company Uni uni said it was delivered, it was not and neither the maker of the shoes or delivery company will respond to my inquiries 😡 Don’t place an order with them!!!

I ordered three pair of shoes… never received an email confirmation but my card was charged. I tried to call the number listed on their web site but it said the call could not be completed as dialed. I sent an email, but have not heard anything. I think I am out the $.

I ordered two pair same size. I received one correct size and one HUGE absolutely no use. I initiated a replacement request and got this extensive to do list from Anna Shepard, senior sales associate: Returns: Before you make a return please send an email to returns@_________ showing/describing what was wrong with the order. Please provide pictures, measurements, and your order number. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unopened. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Recieved both pairs I ordered, but one was in the wrong size. Asked about it, was given their refund process. Based on the hoops you have to jump through for returns, I don't think I'll see any money back for the incorrect pair. Bad customer service, but I guess it's my fault for not realizing they were in China before I ordered.
