GroindoorReviews of groindoor.com

Ordered a water chiller. Order was supposed to be on the way. The day it was scheduled to arrive I got a notice it was back ordered for two more weeks! Once the item finally showed up it was not what I wanted. Going on over a month of trying to return it and get a refund.

I ordered a tent over 3 months ago. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was damaged. I have had multiple calls and emails to Annabelle, jay and Sarah, all of whom assured me that they would take care of this. I am still waiting. Groindoors customer service is to provide no customer service. I have begged for help resolving this and nothing.!!!! I am still waiting and hoping for help

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH GROINDOOR. ORDERED A $1400.00 LED LIGHT IN JANUARY. I RECEIVED NO CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING #. I HAVE BEEN SENDING MESSAGES DAILY SINCE EARLY FEBRUARY AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND GREATLY DISAPPOINTED WITH GROINDOOR. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I CANT EVEN GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. I MIGHT HAVE TO DRIVE TO SHERIDAN WYOMING TO PAY THEM A VISIT. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Submitted Order of $500 Was Told the Item will Ship within 1 Business Day It's now been 3 Business Days & No Response from this Company. Dishonest business practices

I ordered 2-1000w Hid lamps from them,They were clearly used, despite them insisting they were new.One exploded on the second day.The other imploded on the third day. I should have known. They were way to cheap.Live and learn. Doesn't change the fact this guys a cheat and a thief.
