Order for fruit basket was supposed to be sent from New York to the Los Angeles area which UPS gave delivery date to take about two weeks, Why would one send fruit across country when there is plentiful fruit in California? The package was never delivered and there is no communication from Groceryeshop. UPS can’t find the package. This is a scam company that does not deliver!

Placed an order a week ago, no tracking information, phone number doesn’t work and no responses to emails sent. I’m contacting my credit card company. Never again!

I ordered through grocery shop and my first package. I was able to track it all the way to my city and it showed delivery but it never got to my residence. I ordered again through another company, but they used grocery shop for shipping. I can’t get a tracking number. I cannot contact customer service. I order through eBay and I can’t even track it through eBay. If I had known it was another grocery shop order I would never would’ve paid for it. I am convinced this is probably a scam.

I ordered cereal from them them, they took so long to ship it to me that I had moved to my new address and never got it. I sent more than several emails asking where it was and explaining what had happened and they now don't want to do anything to get me my product and they won't give me my money back either. Every time They responded to my email it was we "We are unable to assist you in this case as we are unable to trace any information" I can't track it either but as the customer I am not sure that is my position to track down the package that sent. It is their business but obviously their customers don't really matter, and they have forgotten as a company that without us they wouldn't have a business. Please beware you may pay for an item that you'll never get and don't think you’ll relieve your money back either. I am NEVER going order fro. Them again as all they do is make excuses and somehow it's on me. The customer shame on them. Please save yourself problems. There is nothing more you can say so don't even bother responding. Shame on you.

I did NOT get what I ordered. I was charger much more than what my invoice in the package says. I tried to reload my order from my email and groceryeshop is UNABLE to load at this time or ANY times I try. never ever again! Amazon.com should drop these people like a brick

Ordered popcorn and did not get any shipping information. Went online 2 days later to chat and was told it was damaged while packaging and they had no more in stock. Waiting to see if the refund ever comes.

Never received item ordered although charge went through. They don't respond to my queries about this. Obviously not to be trusted.

Site showed item (puffed wheat cereal) as 12 x 6 oz. Received one 6 oz bag, not 12. One 6 oz bag of cereal for almost $15? Have been exchanging emails for 3 weeks now about getting most of my money back. So far, only promises. I expect I'll have to file a chargeback with my credit card company (a first for me).
