Great for lifting and pull/chin ups.

Very happy with the grip pad, protects my hands while keeping them cool.

I am a big fan of Gripads and buy them as gifts for fellow lifters. I have two sets myself. They are perfect after long workouts when my grip is shot but I need to keep on training. I only use them for a handful of exercises each week, and the grip part (that comes in contact with the bar/db) shows wear really quickly. My pink set much worse than the black for some reason. Despite this annoyance, I will continue to use the product, and will buy another set if I need to.

Gripads solved the problem I had with sweaty gloves .they work and the grip is firm

I love my gripad but the blue ones are as durable as the red are that's my only con so that about 98% pro

I love the grip pads they keep my hands from hurting or tearing! The only draw back is they are too thick so it's hard to hold on to the bar.... For day to day wods there're great for anything timed they don't work for me....

i would purchase again fouth set. although i think the padding in palm of hand could be thicker or men and women s padding
