NOT A SCAM!
Customer support is great they had given me the wrong password but it was solved. One thing that I thought was weird was to confirm the order they have to call you which I assume is “human verification.” But the process is simple as long as you know how to check your junk mail.

Hey Tall, yes we do verification such as a phone call in your case to legitimize the purchase, it usually takes 15-20 seconds but it helps a lot prevent fraud.
