You can trust the website that's all I can say
The Grindswap help me get my dream base. My time is very limited in the COC but want to play full of it. They are doing a decent business and I get the account without any issues. There are multiple validation steps that they went through, don't worry. I was worried at the first time but I trust them now.

2nd purchase
So I bought 2 accounts so far. The first one was more or less me testing see the legitimacy. I was not let down after having the account for about 6 months I decided to buy a bigger account that costed a lot more. Ended up receiving the account 2X faster then the first time. all in all smoother experience the 2nd time around very satisfied
