Spent a week or so completing surveys on the site and earned $10 in points. Entered my verification info on the site and was still not able to cash out. Contacted support and was told I had to send them my personal ID so they could manually verify. Told them I was uncomfortable with doing so because I didn't want my ID to potentially be stolen but they wouldn't budge. Turns out I can't cash out the $10 I earned resulting in wasted time and effort. I wouldn't mind if they required users to send their ID in PRIOR to completing offers, but they only wait until the moment you cash out in an attempt to force your hand.
